We purchased our first home in Baltimore, MD, within the neighbor of Remington during May 2005. It was a cute 2 story, with full basement, 2BR 1B, and enclosed front porch. This blog documents our work on the house and life during that time. A project we will never forget :)

Momiji put some paw prints on this, but you can see how we sanded the whole piece down and stained it.. It will need another coat then water seal.. The finish work around the door will be poplar wood stained the same color... So that makes our theme and blue/gray, maroon, white, dark stained kinda them =) We'll have to coat the deck with some protection the next time we get decent weather.. we hope to do it in the next month... Posted by Picasa

The small window casing on the back.. it needed a lot of sanding and puddy because of weather damage.. its coming around.. we will work on the actual window at some point, but at least the casing is done and protected from the weather.. Posted by Picasa
