A little dark, but this is the back bedroom closet.. sheetrocked the inside.. 95% of the wiring in the back bedroom is done...

the upstairs sheetrock is coming along.. Pam and Bill stopped by to help out.. the recessed lights turned out well...  

Beth is intently communicating with the computer... Beth did most of the wall framing to her right. I finished the corner of the bulk head next to the front wall... what a pain.. 

The back bedroom wall is now up. The ceiling strapping has been run past this wall but not finished. Did some wiring..

Here's the 'study' or computer room wall. This were we will have some book shelves.. We also ran the coax cable and cat5 wire

We finished insulated and put plastic over the entire ceiling area before we put the 'strapping' up for the drywall 

more pics of the plastic, and we started the strapping... screws are working much better than the nails and work better for adjustments 

Now you see her, now you don't. The floor upstairs has been repaired... I'm getting much better at it. Using the router is the way to go. 

Oh boy.. another hole in the floor to fix... but at least I got this cool shot of Bethy eating her 1pm after new years breakfast of shrimp and sour patch kids. This hole is on the second floor where the back bedroom wall will be...

See if you can find the ball at the top of the light post... It says 2005 and is next to the wreath lights in the middle of the third floor on the far left house.. It dropped down to the 2006 sign at the bottom of the post...  

Happy New Year !! 

We started putting the drywall up in the linen closet but had to start cleaning up to have some friends over for new years.. We had some drinks and went to the 'baby ball drop' in hampden... Nice time.. 

A view from out back.. I did my best to seal the outside and keep the rain out.. hopefully we'll get someone to put the siding on soon !! Similar to what you can barely see on the house in the left of the picture.

Two new windows !! We decided to go with two of the same size windows, tall enough to put your bed under... Beth started insulating the back cantilever. We will need to get the back cantilever, or bump out, covered in some 1/4" plywood and vinyl siding. The back is pretty rotten and the old shingles are barely keeping the rain out. 

Momiji is saying 'what the hell are they doing', 'I picked some crazy owners, they just keep tearing sh!t up'.....
