Day 14... Saturday

Bob came up from edgewater this morning and helped us clean out the rest of the debris we created from demolition. After taking four loads to the landfill (20 loads so far), We went to eat at El Salto off Rt.2

Bob did some good shop vaccing of the 1st floor... it almost looks like we could move in... Beth did some scrubbing of the back exterior brick which we will be cleaning, stripping, and waterproofing. I did some minimal electrical work to get us up and running. I wired an outlet to use on the first floor, wired up an outlet for the fridge, wired and mounted the 220 for the dryer, and hooked up the washer. No more laundromat for us !!

Tomorrow should be nice.. no trash, forward progress ahead ! Our next projects will be getting a back porch and steps, as well as cleaning up the front door and putting it back in... right now the only door is the enclosed porch door, which is pretty secure for now...
