No more awning !! looks much better... soon the enclosed porch will be full of plants from the apartment... Beth had to work on the 4th, so this was my project for the day.. took longer than I thought. Sanded and painted a reasonable amount. It will need more love but for now its good. We will clean up the area above the second floor windows soon. There is still gook from the awnings that used to be there.
